Delegate Registration

All attendees, including speakers must register in advance of the Conference. Registered delegates will receive the following:

  • Delegate bag including the programme and other associated materials
  • Name badge permitting access to all sessions
  • Lunch and refreshment breaks on the days attended
  • Complimentary admission to the evening social events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (full conference registration only)

Please note that day delegate registration does not permit access to the evening social events.

Registration Opening Times

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times (exact timings to be confirmed):

Monday 29th May 0930 - 1000 hrs (Technical Tours only)
  1600 - 1900 hrs (all delegates)
Tuesday 30th May 0800 - 1700 hrs
Wednesday 31st May 0830 - 1700 hrs
Thursday 1st June 0830 - 1630 hrs
